Why Keywords?
Keywords are short commands that tell editors, quality controllers, and coordinators exactly how an order should be handled. They reduce ambiguity and keep editing profiles, orders, and conversations consistent.
- Keep instructions short and precise.
- Use bullet points and a new line for each section.
- Add a level or option whenever the keyword requires one.
- Include any exceptional request after the standard keywords.
