Go to My Account, open My Orders, and select the relevant order.

Discuss Order
Click Discuss Order to open the Order Discussion panel for that project.

Write Your Comment
Begin with Correction, Amendment, or Feedback, then add a concise description and any relevant filenames.

Attach and Send
Add reference images when helpful, then click Send. The message is saved directly under the order.
Use Order Discussion for order communication instead of email.
