Limited file volume

Input guidelines included

1. Trial package

The trial package can be used one time only. The package limits are:

  • Photo editing: up to 5 completed files for testing a preferred style.
  • Floor plan services: 1 floor for 2D, 3D, handcrafted, or watercolor floor plans.
  • Video editing: 1 file for review.
  • Virtual staging or virtual renovation: 1 file for review.

2. Input guidelines

These guidelines are optional, but following them helps Ursin produce cleaner and more accurate trial output.

Photo editing

  • Single exposure files are accepted.
  • Uncompressed RAW is ideal; JPG and DNG can also work.
  • A practical image size is usually 12 MP to 16 MP.
  • Unedited source material is preferred because pre-edited files can reduce output quality.

HDR and tone mapping

  • A typical HDR set uses 5 exposures: one main exposure, 2 under-exposures, and 2 over-exposures.
  • The center exposure is commonly +1 EV with 1 to 1.3 EV spacing between brackets.
  • Label files clearly when possible, such as main exposure, over-exposure, or under-exposure.
  • Flash fill can help in many situations, but the best setup depends on the style and enhancement needed.

Floor plans

  • Send a clear hand-draft drawing, sketch, PDF, or image file through the input link.
  • Use a reference template when available so dimensions and room labels are easier to understand.

Video

  • Use even exposure and plan for difficult lighting before recording.
  • Additional fixed lighting is recommended in rooms that need it.
  • Up to 60 fps is useful when the final edit may be slowed down; 25 fps is suitable for steady real-time shots.
  • 1080p resolution and around 15,000 kbps bitrate are usually sufficient for ordinary adjustments.

3. Suggested video sequence

For short real estate videos, focus on the most important property highlights instead of trying to include every space.
