Order Management Guideline
Use the order detail page as the single source of truth for status, files, communication, requested changes, and final delivery.
Step by step
Follow the workflow
Manage & track orders
Dashboard, Order History, and Order Details
My Account dashboard
Open My Account to see a quick overview of your projects and account activity. Use the dashboard navigation to access Order History and other account sections.
- See total and pending orders at a glance.
- Use the quick links to move directly to project management.
Order History
Order History lists previous and active projects in one organized table. Use the Order ID to identify and open the correct project.
- Track current project status.
- Review invoice records and completion dates.
- Open available output links for completed orders.
Order Details
Select an Order ID to open Order Details. This page is for viewing the submitted order information and following its current status; the customer does not need to confirm anything.
- View assignment information, Editing Profile, input material, description, items, quantities, and charges.
- Follow the status badge as the order moves through production.
- When complete, access the delivery from Output is ready.
Create an Extra Order
Add new paid work under the initial project
Start from the original order
Open the initial Order Details page and click Extra Order. The system opens Shop in Extra Order mode and automatically links the additional work to the original Order ID.
Extra Order can only be started from an initial order. An Extra Order cannot have another Extra Order beneath it.
Choose and submit extra services
Select the additional services, then continue through Cart and Checkout. Provide any new input link and explain exactly how the extra work relates to the original project.
- Confirm the added service and output quantity.
- Keep the original Order ID supplied automatically by the system.
- Submit the Extra Order to keep project history and eligible Upoint connected.
Return to the initial order
Use Back to original order to return to the initial order. This keeps navigation clear while preserving the relationship between the original and Extra Order.
- Back to original order opens the initial Order Details page.
- Cancel extra flow exits the process without submitting an Extra Order.
Communicate about an order
Keep every discussion attached to its Order ID
Open Discuss Order
From the relevant Order Details page, click Discuss Order. Starting from the correct Order ID ensures the production team receives the full project context.
Send project communication
Use the order conversation for questions, clarification, references, and feedback. The discussion remains attached to the selected Order ID and can be followed by both the customer and Ursin team.
Use Discuss Order for order-related communication instead of email.
- Mention the exact file name or image number.
- Describe the expected result clearly.
- Add a reference link or attachment when visual direction is needed.
Quick check
A useful change request includes
- Correct Order ID
- Exact file or image number
- Clear question or requested result
- Relevant reference or attachment
- Communication submitted through Discuss Order
Workflow tip
One order, one conversation, one source of truth. Avoid splitting instructions across email and unrelated orders.
