Account & Ordering Process

Set up your Ursin account once, build a clear editing profile, and submit every project with the information our production team needs.

Step by step

Follow the workflow

Sign in to your account

Sign in with your registered email or code name and password. After authentication, the system connects your orders, invoices, contract, rewards, and account preferences in one dashboard.

  • Use the Forgot Password link if you cannot access the account.
  • Always order from the correct customer account so billing and Upoint are recorded correctly.

Use My Account dashboard

My Account provides an overview of your activity and account performance. Use its navigation tabs to move between projects, order history, account details, editing preferences, invoices, contract, and rewards.

  • Monitor total and pending orders.
  • Review monthly spending and account activity.
  • Open Order History to track active and completed projects and access output links.

Complete account details and preferences

Update your customer information and billing address, then create the editing preferences used for future projects. A complete profile helps Ursin process work faster and deliver a consistent result.

Editing Profile can only be adjusted from Account and Preference. Discuss important style changes with your Key Account before updating it.

  • Confirm company and contact details.
  • Complete the billing address used for invoices.
  • Save recurring editing preferences as a profile instead of rewriting them on every order.

Review and sign the contract

Review the contract terms and complete the signing process before placing your first order. After signing, the contract status is saved to your account and you can download the PDF copy.

Place an order

Choose services, review Cart, and complete Checkout

Choose services and review Cart

Open Shop to browse Ursin services. Each product shows its service information, tier price, turnaround expectations, and available options. Select the services and output quantities required for the project, then review them in Cart.

  • Confirm the selected services and total number of outputs.
  • Check each option and quantity before continuing.
  • Review the total amount, then select Checkout.

Complete checkout and place the order

Enter the assignment name, input-material link, input quantity, property address when applicable, and all other required fields. Select the Editing Profile for this project and add only project-specific instructions in Description.

Enter the total number of input files accurately. This helps production verify the shared folder and prevents files from being missed.

  • Fields marked with * are required.
  • Provide one accessible sharing link for the input material.
  • Check that Input Quantity matches the files in the shared folder.
  • Review the selected Editing Profile content before placing the order.
  • After submission, the success screen confirms that the order was created. Delivery is sent by email when ready.

Before placing an order

  • Choose the correct service and confirm the required output quantity.
  • Upload all input files or provide one accessible sharing link.
  • Complete your account details and set up your Editing Profile before checkout.
  • Select the correct Editing Profile and add project-specific instructions when needed.

Workflow tip

Keep permanent preferences in your editing profile and put only project-specific changes in the order instructions.
